Re: charlene again, and next year's convention (fwd)

This is something I expect the convention chair (or the committee if there is
one) to automatically do.  If not, then we need to provide assistance.
If I can have the numbers, then I would do it. Karen, can you ask charlene to
put together a table with the existing expenses , (identify those that are
unrefundable),  potential future liabilities and all sources of current or
future revenue should also be indicated. If no one else wants to do it, I
will.[I cant see how Erik (or the group) can make an intelligent decision
otherwise. ] This offer is coming from a person who HATES accounting, doesnt
know squat about running a business and doesnt even balance a personal check
book.
