As I said before,

It seems wrong to me that ANY individual should need to put something of
this magnitude on their personal charge for the organization.  It's one
thing to front postage money or even a speaker's plane ticket for a short
time, for expedience sake.  This is something of a completely different
magnitude.  There has to be another way of handling this.
