Very nice!  Reading through draft 2, this actually feels like something we
could give a prospective club (if the others agree).

Only new comments:

page 19: "Conference brochures... meals, hospitality suite, disc jockey"

Probably take that line out along with the rest of the brochure 
advertising refs you removed.

No reference as to the AGA loaning money to the club.  Maybe this is a 
good thing... they can ask for what they need in the proposal.  So never 
mind!

Oh, and my name's misspelled on the additional info page, but I have to 
check for a second whether it's hie or hei whenever I type your e-mail 
address, so I understand!
