Perhaps this will help as well: When the "label file" is generated from the database, I included some summary information, namely how many domestic and foreign copies were going out. Perhaps we can use this to write an estimated amount to them based on some kind of average. I have no problem with the escrow account, or paying extra in advance either, btw.
