It sounds like these are the only two we need to figure out.  The rest are 
quite relevant.  

Kathy isn't putting "potential" advertisers on the membership list, she's 
just sending them a packet of TAGs with a cover letter.  No worries there.

Businesses that just join as regular members get flagged as "Business", 
but it doesn't mean "Indefinite"; they expire just like others.  
Ecosystem seems to be on this latter case, with 1 issue remaining.  Same 
with FAN -- I suppose these folks will have to be renewed if they renew 
their advertising contract.

Now that I'm digging around with the Business memberships, I am wondering
if Kathy IS giving people 1-year freebies if they are a potential
advertiser... I see Millwalkee Instruments in there; they are one that 
she's chasing at the moment.
