Maybe when we get this going we should have it under your jurisdiction from
an organizational sense, but I DON'T think it should be added to your work
load.  If you were JUST membership, it might be a different story.  But you
are too important to TAG to use up your "AGA energy" in a direction where
other people could handle it.

I see this more as an opportunity to find other people who will take the
initiative and prove that they are really willing to put some work into the
organization, just the way you and Scott have done.  We need to have a way
for people to show what they can do, so that we have a larger pool of
reliable workers to draw from.

This is a task that could substantially benefit the AGA, but OTOH, if a
person doesn't follow through, there is also no great risk to the
organization or our current programs.  Let's see if some cream rises to the
top here.
