hmmm, my only wonder on this in light of all our lawsuit stuff, is do we 
need to worry about liability??  (I don't think the AGA has insurance, and 
I hate to think about them spending any of the deficient cash on that 
either, does being incorporated/non profit help with that??)  I know I am 
being a stick in the mud.

Otherwise I think it is cool he is willing to do this.
