I think being inc gives some protection to the individual board members for transgression of the org -- that's what corps were invented for in the first place and why they're called LTD (limited liability) across the seas. Americans are simply too ontologically minded to call them that. A corp of the inc kind is a fictive entity created under statute to take the profits, if any, and the blame. I think it makes a big diff if forum operator edits or censors the content. But I'd like to know what an attorney says. sh --- Kathy Olson <kathy@thekrib.com> wrote: > > hmmm, my only wonder on this in light of all our lawsuit > stuff, is do we > need to worry about liability??
