They included Tomoko at our suggestion -- if there's any
saving to be had here, they'd love to hear it.

I don't think they have a problem with that, they were
trying to be a little diff from the recent Amano
appearance.

CAsh bar? We had one last year and it did zilch business
-- it's a dead weight in my opinion.

Speaker gifts have been under the radar (including mine).
We should mention that, definitely.

The banquet nubmers are 80% of paid reg. I think that
reasonable. The field trip includes the B'more Aquarium and
the Randallstown store. I think 60% of paid reg is an easy
number for that trip, regardless of what else is on the
trip.

If we can get Kim to sponsor again, He will donate
everything he brings. I like the idea of Kim putting
together lights and Amano doing a tank for those lights. I
think the more stuff is tied together, the better each
works -- Walt Disney invented cross-merchandising for the
film Snow White -- it's been working ever since.

Absolutely correct: the field trip needs lunch figured in
somehow.
