Is there a way to do a quick blurb in a box about AGA2K4???  Or at least
let it leak...to the APD that Amano will be here??

On the snow thing, that made me nervous, as we are in the BIGGEST SNOW 
storm since 96 in seattle (the 96 one Erik and I drove home from Calif 
in from our honeymoon).  Then again, at this late date not sure we could 
move it too Oct.  And as Karen said, snow is rare that early, same here as 
well.

It would be nice to see a sliding scale on the room guarantee/hall rates.  
$1500 doesn't look as bad if we have to guarantee less room nights...that 
is something to watch VERY CAREFULLY in the contract.

I am fine leaving the reg at $69. And doing no convention bucks, or $10 
convention bucks for prereg.  Leave that up to you guys.
