    Plans seem to be moving ahead well for the next convention. I'm with
Kathy about this snow thing. We are having a snowstorm right now, too.  No
it is not too late to change the date or the hotel. Our last CAOAC
convention was moved 3 months before it was held and was a very successful
one but did run out of rooms at the hotel but two hotels two blocks away had
lots of extras and gave us a good discount.
    We are just about on a lateral line with Washington, DC and know how
snow storms start around Hallowe'en. This year was the exception with great
weather until now.
