I think the bonus bucks idea is cute and catchy.  If we want to lessen it's
possible effects on the auction, we can always just allow the use of the
bonus bucks on certain donated items. But I think that's an idea that should
be presented to the committee, but not forced on them.  If they like it
fine, if not, that's OK too.

I have some other ideas based on the Q&A thing you sent us a few days ago,
but I haven't had time to type them up... After tomorrow I should be able to
get to it.
