Hi Scott,

There's only been 4 conventions, and only the last two have had anything 
resembling a traditional aquarium convention banquet.  The first two years 
had a buffet banquet on FRIDAY night with no speakers, no presentation, 
just a tour of the tennessee aquarium in the middle of it.

If that's the price, this sounds like it's not doable at all.  Is there a 
nearby restaurant that we could hold the banquet at?  Sometimes this is 
how they do it at our big regional show in Portland.
