[AGA SC] Motion Re AGA2K4 Contract

I spoke with Ghazanfar and Rick today after they spoke
again with Marriot. Marriot agreed to the Banq at $50
inclusive of tip and tax, limiting the menu to a chicken
and salmon dinner sans the soup course. This puts the
finacials back into the structure I used this weekend when
I sent out the big summary.

I move that the Board accept Ghazanfar and Rick's proposal
for a contract with Crystal Gateway Marriot, subject to the
terms in the most recent contract offer from Marriot with
these revisions:

Banquet meal to be a fixed menu choice of either chicken or
salmon dinner, for a total price of $50 to AGA2K4,
including service charge and tax (Equates to the $38.95
price).

I also move that Ghazanfar and Rick's proposal for
registation pricing be accepted as:

Registation  $49  for the first 50 registrants
             $59 for subsequent registrants

Banquet      $39  (AGA & GWAPA to cover the shortfall 
                   between this amount and $50 the hotel 
                   is charging)

If the motion is seconded, I will vote in favor of the
motion.
