Folks, I am not comfortable with the AGA "eating" the extra $10, 
effectively reducing the registration to $40.  This is adding an extra 
$1000 to the expenses.  Scott, in your last round of spreadsheets did you 
calculate this out?  I thought we had only talked about increasing the reg 
fees to balance the baqnq fees.
