Okay. You're the one that has to do the site work. These
are not such great ideas, nor likely to have such great
impact on Convention or shirt sales, that they merit a
push. 

With attendance volume so critical, I was thinking anything
that might bring in another reg was worth thinking about. I
understand that everything worth thinking about isn't
necessarily worth doing.

No. Not making decisions for the convention. I'm just
floating ideas for Board discussion. If the Board wants,
then I'd pass on to GWAPA. Whether GWAPA likes any idea
that I pass to them or they want to *pass* on any idea,
that's their call. I think we have kept that in mind. And
just in case not, Karen has given a reminder once or twice.
