As long as we HAVE 200 back issues to spare without putting ourselves in
short supply for other purposes, I see no problem with it, particularly if
he's using these for promotional purposes as well.  I thik dribbling them to
him is not a good use of time or money, however.  What about, as a good
faith gesture on our part, we send him 25 back issues.  When he gets 25 NEW
members (NOT renewals) send him another 25.  I'd even be willing to go 50 at
a time if he can really use them.  After all, we just plain GIVE Ray Lucas
and Lee Finley back issues to help us promote the organization, so this is
not completely without precedent.  It's just that we're playing with a
little more dangerous animal here.<g>

I also think that keeping a close eye on Robert, as well as maintaining his
good will are both in our best interests.
