I don't even think we necessarily even have to give them a tight deadline.
Make it cummulative for any company willing to put that much effort into
promoting us.  We can word it "offer open for at least 12 months" or
something to limit our exposure in case of a big change in our fortunes.  In
reality, what does a half (or even full) sheet of paper cost us in cash?

The only problem I see is that you'd have to have some way of tracking
memberships that came in from a specific source.  Give them a code number or
something that people have to use when signing up for it to count toward
that vendor.

I actually think there are precious few vendors who would even bite at an
offer like this... it's just too much work.  But since Robert's offering, I
think we should have a plan in case anyone surprises us and says, "me too!"
