Not much. It would be diff if we had to bump an add to
place a new ad but that heavenly misfortune hasn't befallen
us yet ;-)

Simply require when signing up to mention the "sponsor"
(Joe sent me).

Probably so but it's worth offering, imo, even if just to
be fair to all.
