[AGA-sc] TAG 17-3 Update

I proofed TAG 17-3 over the weekend and found so many nits that Joan at 
Eagle Press is going to make me another proof. That's the last timne she'll 
let me take the proof home, I'm sure. But I bribed her by giving her son 
some plants for his new fish tank. I should be able to sign off on the new 
proof tomorrow, and they will have it ready about a week after that. Maybe 
even by the end of this week. So we are still on schedule.

ProSmart Mailing is going to give us 30-day terms so we don't have to pay 
in advance this time. Yay!
