I don't think it's a good will issue if we tell them up front. If there is a slight charge for refunding, it will dissuade most of those that might flippantly decide to purchase. That's what the research showed when the insurance companies decided to put a $5 co-pay on doctor visits. The AGA 2004 Convention is less than 3 months away. "Last minute" air fares can be pricey. And the Banquet and Field trip have limited capacity. Take time to make your plans but don't wait too long. A dozen Banquet seats were reserved in just the last ten days.
