Hey what about  this for a crazy and a little unstable
idea...

What if we offer two different host programs

1) The current share risk and rewards program

2) The "remedial" AGA program or ICC AGA where we do
most 
except for staffing and the groundwork. This would be
something like you guys discusssed earlier with a
prorated risk/reward ratio. We will spell out very
specifically what they and we are accountable for
doing.

Do you think this will just over complicate what is
already apparently an overly complex process?
