Right.  It's OK.  Remember, we're not dreadfully behind here on the 
speakers.  I just want to insure that we get moving on it.

We're also not dreadfully behind on the convention as a whole.  We have 
NEVER announced a convention earlier than April.  Even in 2003 with 
DFWAPC.
