Hi folks,
These messages came last week when I was up to my ears with medical
stuff. I have NO idea who this guy is, or why he thinks we would want to
"partner" with their convention on short notice. In any case, I'm
forwarding it to the rest of you to decide what we should do about it.

Hopefully by now you've had a chance to talk to the AGA board about
partnering with our July Symposium in Florida. However since I haven't heard
anything back from you, I don't even know if you received the earlier messages
from me and our President, Tom Tilley.
We're anxious to get this joint venture moving since it will
affect printing of our Registration Brochure, changes in hotel room/food
counts, and reduce your costs for meeting room rental. Plus it will allow enough
time for you to arrange for any separate tours or sidetrips you would like to
take as a group.
Could you please acknowledge receipt of this message and provide any info
(even if it's preliminary) about the potential of this joint arrangement?
