Is there a reason we can't have a separate hospitality suite?  Even if it 
costs a little more money, it shouldn't be more than double a couple of room 
nights, should it?  Then we can handle the refreshments ourselves.

Otherwise, I think we do need to do it in the vendor's room, and we do need 
to at least have refreshments and a cash bar, even if it costs us some 
money.

Also, Jim was talking about vendor's setting up Friday night... that won't 
work, they need access to that room for set up much earlier in the day. 
They should have time to set up and then be able to mingle during the 
evening.
