Well, you can't bring in outside food because you have a private room -- the hotel contracts usually explicityly forbid this and we negotiate over it. Only if you can get a nod that they will look the other way can you do it. Until we know what the convention is going to do financially, I don't thinkwe should opt for the moreexpensive route. Besides, we want ways to get people into the vndor room, not jsut Friday but saturday too. We can always rent a room (and more food and bev) later if the turnout is so high it covers the added expense. I guess want to stick to a budget and that's $500 for hospitatlity. sh * ----- Original Message ---- From: Karen Randall <krandall@rdrcpa.biz> To: Aquatic Gardeners Association Board <aga-sc@thekrib.com> Sent: Monday, February 13, 2006 7:49:46 PM Subject: Re: [AGA-sc] Was- Snow Job -- or report produced inbetween shovelingotherstuff Now-Hospitality Is there a reason we can't have a separate hospitality suite? _______________________________________________ AGA-sc mailing list AGA-sc@thekrib.com http://lists.thekrib.com/mailman/listinfo/aga-sc
