Re: [AGA-sc] Re: When the contract is signed

I previously urged alternate trips but SFBAAPS hasn't shown any interest and to the best of my knowledge, has not pursued the suggestion.

$29 will work provided that the organizer pays attention to the number of subscribers. If the Field trip has about 25 or more folks subscribed and the bus/driver/insurance price is $700, then if you have say, 41-64 folks signed up, then, then there is a deficit. Of course, the organizer could cut off at an appropriate increment and even add flexibility by adding say a van or two for bus overflow. However, I am dubious about SFBAAPS's ability to manage things that well.

At these rates, the deficit might be as high as a couple hundred dollars or there could be a surplus of the same amount depending on the subscription level.

4)  Offer more than one field trip option. MBA for die-hards, other
stuff for others. Make double-dog sure that the price for MBA is high
enough that it pays for itself.
