There's an toll free number does it not work for him? If he calls, they will 
probably book the roomnights for him.
 
For Australia, the toll free number should be 1-800-073535
 
 
 
 If the Australia office cannot arrange it, then someone will have to call the 
hotel in Burlingame itself. One of us could do that for him but it might 
require giving a cred card number to reserve the roomnights.

Hi Paul,

Yes, we've still got several spots on the Friday field trip; you're OK 
there.

I see the problem you're having...the website will only let you book 
Thursday through Sunday night.  I usually call the generic phone number 
(hmm, don't see an 800 #) and try to negotiate the room rates the rest of 
the week in these cases, but I see the problem doing this from Australia. 
I am cc'ing this message to the AGA board for more ideas.  Maybe one of us 
can "proxy" the reservation.  Larry, Scott, any options?
