I'm a little confused by your reply, please clarify. You're saying you think we should drop the late fee entirely -- but do you mean online reg late fee after October 12, or walk-in fee? What about the idea of charging an extra $20 for walk-ins but dropping the membership requirement on the walk-ins? i.e., it's basically the same deal, but it doesn't look like it from the walk-in's perspective. - Erik On Fri, 6 Oct 2006, S.
