Hi Everyone, A quick update, I have asked the hotels for a few more things: Menus for banquet (I gave them a $40-$43 inclusive budget), hospitality Room, Vendor room , Registration Area, A/v Costs, Maximum room capacity figures and room layouts. Please let me know if I have forgotten anything!!! Both properties seem willing to work with us and I don't have a clear read on which property is better for us than the other. After they get back to us with this info we should be ready to ask for contracts. This will not be until Monday since the Sheraton contact is out til then.
