OK then it appears that we have decided to do the Iwagumi. Lets bring it back 
to the con list and ask for a volunteer to run it.

I am on the floor at the boston conv center and fly home tonight so I may not 
be available til tomorrow

We really need to make a decision and move discussions back to the 
conheads list. Other volunteers are probably asking themselves why they 
were invited to a discussion in which they are not being allowed to 
participate.

I think we should go ahead with the Iwagumi challenge.
