Luis is a very nice guy, and means well.  But he is too scattered and 
inconsistent to be much use on even the MC, IMO.  I hope Ghazanfar has a little 
more depth.

And if he doesn't go for it, maybe Sean?

Either or both. I feel like the MC should be our "proving ground.  People who 
are a really PITA will show their colors quickly.  Those who don't really do 
anything will show that too.  Those who are willing to really take on some 
responsibility in AGA should rise to the top, and be invited to the BOD.  
(that's where I think Phil is now)
