Where are you located in the Bay Area? I'm in the Southbay It's quite
accurate to also classify me as a lurker as I've just gotten started keeping
cichlids. Based on input from this list, I finally made the trek to Ocean
Aquarium in San Francisco last weekend. It's a wonderful place - the owner
was incredibly patient and gave me lots of advice and coaching. He's got an
amazing selection of very interesting fish and was extremely helpful. I'll
certainly be going back.
I certainly can relate to your "space is limited" concept. At this point,
that's all that is holding me back from getting quite carried away with tank
purchases! What types of cichlids do you have?
