John,
I have been asked often at the greengrocers "by jings, you must like salads"
as my basket is filled with cucumbers, lettuces and  several courgettes
(Zuccini I think it's called over the pond).  I once told them it wasn't for
me but for my fish.  By the look on their faces I made a hasty retreat from
the shop before they phoned the "funny farm" to come and collect me!
