Kyle, You mention two females. What colour is the other female who is keeping the male busy. If she is bright yellow I would suggest that she is the one who has spawned with the male and it's her eggs. Depending on the size of your tank would determine if the new spawn will be okay when they hatch and then become free swimming. Helen > My Apisto.
