I have a Wardleys conductivity meter and a Hanna PH meter. My problem is they either don't always turn off or it is easy to bump and turn on which kills the batteries in short oder. The Hanna design with all 4 batteries dropped down one slot has been EXTREMELY difficult for me to change the batteries on. However, I have had it for several years and did do as Z-man and dropped it in the tank.
