Crenicichla

Hi all,I just picked up a pair of Crenicichla compressiceps and was
wondering if anyone has any experience with them.Is there any way to sex
them?I picked the dominant fish in the tank and one a little smaller with
fainter lines in the anal and caudal fins.Also the dominant fish was beating
on that one less than the others.
If anyone has any tips on these fish let me know.
