Mike, Yes I've tried my LFS and done several online searches. There are a number of sites that list it for sale (most of which point to Amazon.com) but when seriously queried it is unobtainable. I will check out the ASG page - now why didn't I think of that? I also plan on buying Romer's book when it is available. Thanks.
