Tomoko,
Personally, I will remove fry as soon as the mother starts herding them
around ( basically as soon as they come out of the spawning cave). If you
wait too long  it's very hard to catch them, as you are experiencing.
I use a piece of airline tubing to siphon them into a container that already
has some water from their tank. After which I will place them in a 5 GL
tank. I use a 5 GAL tank to make sure they see the food ( BBS) and eat well.
As they grow I move them into bigger tanks..usually a 20 - 30 GAL grow out
tanks, depending on the size of the spawn.
Oak leave will help hide the fry..but don't worry..the little guys are very
resourceful.
