Some suggestions, please!

Some suggestions, please!

My situation.
I have, at present:
1 empty 80 litre tank
1 120litre tank with:
2 Apisto Pandurini
2 Microgeophagus Ramirezii
6+ ottos
1 pleco
3 ancistrus
3 Dicrossus Filamentosa
(I think, now)6 fresh water shrimp.

1 160litre tank with:
 4 Cacatoos
 2 Microgeophagus Ramirezii
 2 “ Altispinosa
4 Dicrossus Filamentosa
various ancistrus and ottos
1 Nannacara=20
Various pencil fish

1 120litre (very low) tank with:
 6 Nijsenni
 3 Apisto Agasizii.

My problem is that in the last tank, the Aggie male
is being very aggressive, and I would like the
Nijsenni to breed., which they can’t do because
of the harassment that they’re getting from the
Aggie.
The Nijsenni appear to be content in their tank, so I
want to move the Aggies to where they will be able to
breed in peace. Similarly the Rams are hassling the
Pandurini and I would like the Pandurini to breed
too. What do I do?
Would there be enough space in the 160 for the
Cacatoos and the Aggies or should they go in the 90?
Can the Pandurini go in the 90 and not tear each
other apart.

I only really need a temporary solution as I shall
have more than enough space within a couple of weeks
(something like 3000 litres, yes you read that right,
three thousand, more!). The difficulty is that both
the Pandurini and the Nijsenni want to breed but are
being hassled, and the fish that I’m not so
worried about are doing the hassling. It’s not
that I don’t care about the Rams and Aggies,
but that I’ve bred them before (the Rams
don’t stop!)

Thanks in advance.

C:-)lin
