Well, I'll answer question number 6. Can't be done! I almost lost my entire phone line because I had a wall phone in the fishroom. Even had phone company out and he said no way the humidity can be kept out of the connection. For two weeks people tried to call me and got a busy signal before I found the trouble. When he opened the phone it was a mess rust in the connection.
