Email ASG Sales (Jeff Magnus on ASG web site). He will provide the
information. The web site hasn't been updated, nor has an Apisto-gram been
published since the book became available, so it's understandable that you
didn't find it listed. I understand that the ASG has a source that has a
relatively unlimited supply of them.
