Adoketa

I think my adoketa are taunting me.
They started spawning again last night, but in the middle of proceedings the
male decided to go and investigate the charms of another female at the far
end of the aquarium, leaving the first female dashing between laying eggs
and swimming over to wallop the competition and entice the male back.
Obviously this spawning failed, she ate the eggs herself, but this morning
the second female and the male were displaying to each other and cleaning a
spot right where the morning sun hits the tank. Not easy to leave the house
at a time like that....
(and yes, we do occasionally see the sun here in the UK)
