Hello, I am an extreme newby but am raising fry from my golds that spawn 
every three weeks or so.  My eggs are always white and hatch into wigglers in 
two days.  I don't know why my fish are successful.  I keep them warm at 82 
degrees and feed them lots of live food but my water is bad at ph8 and dh3 if 
you can believe it.  I am amazed at this pair they are good parents and come 
from tank raised stock.  Sorry if this wasn't much help. Teresa
