I remember Julio telling me how the Japanese wholesalers already wait at the 
dock for the fishcollectors coming in with their catch in Peru.Waving money 
at them to get the first pick of the catch.Now I know what we're missing 
here in the US.I didn't even see this kind of quality in DC's on my trips to 
Germany.
That might change though, since the economy in Japan isn't doing that good 
anymore.
Just my two Pfennige or Eurocents, whatever

Exactly why we dont have all those fish Oliver has on
his list. Yet go to Europe and especialy japan and
they have alll the Expensive stuff. It's all aboutthe
scarrol.
