Phylogeny of Apistogramma was evolution in a microcosm

OK, let's try changing a word... Phylogeny is the relationships between 
organisms, based upon their genetic similarity or divergence.

I am interested in a discussion of the phylogeny of Apistogramma.  Each 
individual can determine for his or herself how this genus obtained its 
genetic similarity or divergence.
