No expertise here, but with regard to question 3: Julio Melgar has
photos of both the blue and red forms of A. miua on his site (
http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/jsmelgar/jots.html ). Also, I
think I saw that fish on the Japanese site which was posted earlier...
