It will be available from German distributors (& the publisher) in a couple
of
weeks. It will cost about 50 Euros, approx. $50. You will be able to buy it
directly from Ulmer Verlag (the publisher at: http://www.ulmer.de) on their
web
site. I would expect that specialty book sellers will have it by the end of
April.
