I have used White Clouds for dithers with (I think) success. I add the "I think" clause since my one and only spawn of curvicep fry disappeared after about a week. Could have been the White Clouds, the parents (first-timers), or maybe lack of adequate fry food. I have another dither fish question. Would killis work as dithers? They are so nice-looking, but I don't know their swimming habits - top, mid, bottom - or appetite for fry. I do know that they like the soft, acidic water. -Jody > > From: boleslawgawel@poczta.onet.pl > Date: 2002/05/09 Thu AM 05:07:33 EDT > To: apisto@listbox.com > Subject: a stupid question (tagert vs. dither) > > > Sorry for a naive question: > > what is the difference between dither fish and target fish? > > Or are those terms sinonymous? > > > Boleslaw Gawel > Warszawa-Katowice > Poland > > > -- > Encyklopedia multimedialna w prezencie! > http://www.e-mail.onet.pl > > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------- > This is the apistogramma mailing list, apisto@listbox.com. > For instructions on how to subscribe or unsubscribe or get help, > email apisto-request@listbox.com. apisto-digest@listbox.com also available. > Web archives at http://lists.thekrib.com/apisto > ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is the apistogramma mailing list, apisto@listbox.com.
