Jerry is right here........there is an A. bitaeniata from Rio
Pastaza..........and at the ACA there will be one from the Rio
Yavari........and there will be one from the Rio Tigre...............I
promise...............but none of them will be the RED form we are all
looking for.........I think the "Apisto God" made that picture of the red A.
bitaeniata up a few years ago to keep us all looking........;-)

Mike,
 I've seen a couple website of people who are getting fish from Julio Melgar
I believe and they are advertising a New bitaeniata "Rio Pastaza."

 I myself have what they call Peru blue but, the one they call the Pastaza
looks different. Kind of neat. I guess because it's a new look.
